Xoros tou Lemoniou 2009 - Traditional Lemon Dance 

On November 14th, 2009 Lampousa organized the traditional Lemon Dance.

This year our organization honored prominent Karaviotis Prof. Kyriakos C. Nicolaou. He is a world-renowned chemist and Professor of Chemistry at University of California, San Diego.

The honoree was presented with several commemorative presents among which a silver disc replica of the original Lampousa treasure kept in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. 

Karavas Municipality and somatio Karavas representatives travelled to the event from Cyprus.
